After last month’s windstorm, I discovered one massive limb from our oak had split and was hanging directly over the driveway, which I hadn’t even noticed until I pulled in from work. Their tree service providers brought in a bucket truck and carefully sectionalized the branch from the top down using controlled rigging instead of just cutting it loose. They also sent before-and-after photos through a shared folder so I could see exactly what was removed and what was still healthy. The driveway was cleared that same afternoon, and we’ve parked there without worrying about it since.
